Bright Curiosity
This is my darling CoCo Puff, my cat who usually takes completely terrible photos. As soon as I got the school camera, I thought I would test out it's abilities and picture quality, since my previous camera was on it's way out-- and what better test subject than my cat. I got her sitting in one place and kept snapping my fingers around to keep her looking alert, and out of a lot of crappy test photos, I got this. I colorized it, using a higher saturation to make the color in her eye deeper. This will probably be the only good photo I ever get of her.

This is a great picture. I love all of the texture in the cats face, It brings a lot of detail to the picture, and it really draws you into it. I also love the fact that they cats eye is in color, because when you look at a face in a picture of a person, the eye is the first thing you look at, and everything in this picture is black and whit, BUT the cats eye. The only thing I would have changed a little bit was in photoshop, I would have changed the levels a little bit to bring a little more detail into the black side of the cats face. But other than that, Its a great picture, and I love it.
ReplyDeleteThis is a very arresting picture! It certainly draws me in! I love the bright eye, and the title is perfect. I look forward to seeing more work from you!
ReplyDeletei love the color of the cats eye, and being that thats the only thing that isnt in black and white makes the pictures a lot more interesting.
